Job summary

Shine is seeking a Banking Business Unit Lead in Denmark to own the Banking proposition and growth. You will collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing and CRM to shape the Danish banking offering and integrate it with Shine's accounting and onboarding journeys.

With 7–10 years of commercial experience in banking/fintech and an entrepreneurial mindset, you will define go-to-market, pricing and customer journeys while driving revenue and activation across Shine Denmark.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial experience within banking, fintech, SaaS or similar digital financial product.
• Experience launching or scaling a new product, proposition or business line in Denmark.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product and Tech to prepare the Banking proposition for the Danish market.
• Represent the Danish customer and commercial perspective in product development.
• Drive the commercial ramp-up from pre-launch through launch and scaling.
• Define Danish positioning, messaging and value proposition for Shine Banking.
• Own the Banking Denmark revenue, costs and overall performance.
