Responsibilities

• Own the HCM service strategy, roadmap, lifecycle and value realization.
• Define service offerings, service levels and expected outcomes.
• Prioritize improvements based on business value, risk, compliance and demand.
• Ensure HCM services support efficient, standardized HR processes.
• Shape a coherent, scalable solution landscape with architecture and IT teams.
• Collaborate across HR, business, IT, operations and vendors to maximize adoption.
