Job summary

Danish Crown A/S is seeking a Senior Director, Office of the CIO, to shape governance, strategy and execution across Global IT. You will influence decisions, lead the CIO's Office, and drive transformation in a complex, global environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver value, structure, and clear ownership while enabling strategic priorities to translate into action across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a complex IT/tech-driven environment.
• Experience with governance, operating models and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the CIO, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Lead the Office of the CIO and strengthen governance and management frameworks.
• Head the IT PMO and advance portfolio governance and transparency.
• Own and develop the Global IT portfolio management process for prioritisation and value.
• Drive organisational transformation and key change initiatives across Global IT.
• Ensure performance transparency through reporting, dashboards and KPI follow-up.
• Foster alignment across leadership teams, business functions and technology domains.
• Strengthen leadership effectiveness and execution discipline across Global IT.
