Danish Crown is seeking a Senior Director, OCIO to join Global IT as a strategic leader reporting to the CIO. Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the CIO and support strategic decisions.
• Lead the Office of the CIO and strengthen governance and operating models.
• Lead the Head of IT PMO and support IT PMO effectiveness.
• Own and develop Global IT portfolio management and prioritisation.
• Drive transformation initiatives and business-value delivery.
• Ensure transparent reporting, dashboards and KPI-driven follow-up.
• Foster alignment across leadership teams, functions and technology domains.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities and execution discipline within Global IT.
