Job summary

Danish Crown is seeking a Service Owner for Human Capital Management to shape and mature our HCM IT services across the organization. You will set direction, drive value, and ensure HR processes are standardized and scalable while working with HR, IT, and external partners.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, balance strategic and compliance considerations, and foster strong governance to support the employee experience and transformation goals within a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in service ownership, product management, enterprise applications, or a similar discipline.
• Experience working across business and technology in a complex or global organization.
• Understanding of HR processes, HCM solutions, or other business-critical enterprise applications.
• Ability to create alignment, manage stakeholders, and influence decisions across boundaries.
• Experience driving improvements, transformation, and business value realization.
• Ability to balance strategic, operational, compliance, and technology considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the HCM service strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and value realization.
• Define service offerings, service levels, performance measures, and expected outcomes.
• Prioritize improvements and investments based on business value, risk, compliance, and demand.
• Ensure HCM services support efficient, standardized, and user-friendly HR processes.
• Shape a coherent, scalable solution landscape in close collaboration with architecture and IT teams.
• Collaborate across HR, business, IT, operations, and vendors to maximize adoption and service value.
