Service Owner - Human Capital Management

Do you want to help shape how IT supports the employee experience in a global organization where collaboration, professionalism, and ambition go hand in hand?

In Global IT Business Engagement, you will join a strong and dedicated team responsible for some of Danish Crown's most important IT services and transformation initiatives across Business Units and Group Functions. We work closely with both business and IT, and we are passionate about creating value, quality, and real impact every day.

We are now looking for a new colleague to take ownership of our Human Capital Management service area and help ensure that our HR-related IT services are coherent, scalable, and aligned with business needs across Danish Crown.

The role - where you can make an impact

In this role, you will help shape how Danish Crown uses digital HCM services to support HR, leaders, and employees across the organization. You will set direction, create progress, and ensure that our HCM services deliver clear business value. You will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, turning business needs into clear priorities and practical, user-friendly solutions.

This is a business-facing leadership role where you will influence priorities, strengthen governance, and drive sustainable development of the HCM service area - without being responsible for day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to create structure, alignment, and transparency in a service area that matters to the employee experience and to Danish Crown's continued transformation.

Your key responsibilities include

• Own the HCM service strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and value realization
• Define service offerings, service levels, performance measures, and expected outcomes
• Prioritize improvements and investments based on business value, risk, compliance, and demand
• Ensure HCM services support efficient, standardized, and user-friendly HR processes
• Shape a coherent, scalable solution landscape in close collaboration with architecture and IT teams
• Collaborate across HR, business, IT, operations, and vendors to maximize adoption and service value

You bring structure, clarity, and a strong ability to create progress through collaboration. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, and you are comfortable influencing direction and decisions without formal people management responsibility.

We Imagine You Have

• Experience in service ownership, product management, enterprise applications, solution architecture, or a similar discipline
• Experience working across business and technology in a complex or global organization
• Understanding of HR processes, HCM solutions, or other business-critical enterprise applications
• Ability to create alignment, manage stakeholders, and influence decisions across boundaries
• Experience driving improvements, transformation, and business value realization
• Ability to balance strategic, operational, compliance, and technology considerations
