Job summary

JYSK is seeking a Product Owner and People Lead for HCM to translate business strategy into IT solutions within a SAFe-inspired matrix and to lead cross-country HR tech initiatives across 29 countries. The role focuses on implementing a global HCM solution and ensuring adoption by the business and leaders.

You will shape digital HR and finance processes, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value while maintaining a strong company culture and growth

Qualifications

• Experience with product ownership and project management.
• Solid HR/HCM domain experience and HR processes.
• Ability to manage a complex international stakeholder landscape.
• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and prioritise the team agenda aligned with business objectives across 29 countries.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver solutions.
• Translate strategy into clear, ambitious goals and priorities.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into IT solutions delivered on time.
