Job summary

Danfoss in Denmark seeks a Director, HR Executive Office & Governance to shape and drive the strategic agenda across a global HR function that supports the LEAP 2030 strategy. You will partner with the EVP Group HR and senior leaders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and bold execution across a complex matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, HR, strategy, or related field.
• Significant experience in strategy, management consulting, HR leadership, executive office, PMO, or similar strategic roles within global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to influence executives and stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels.
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, coordination, and narrative development for executive forums and HR leadership meetings.
• Governance and execution of the Global HR Strategic Roadmap across HR Centers of Excellence, segments, and functions.
• Foster collaboration, facilitate decision-making, and translate priorities into action.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Provide strategic insights, identify risks and opportunities for senior HR leaders.
