Job summary

Corti is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the systems behind a scalable go-to-market engine. You’ll connect the tools and data that power our commercial teams, turning fragmented systems into a reliable foundation for automation, insight, and action.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of software, data, and business impact. You’ll partner with Growth, Sales, DevEx Growth, and Platform to design workflows, improve data quality, and ship internal tools that accelerate GTM momentum.

Qualifications

Experience as a software engineer, ideally mid-level, with exposure to growth or go-to-market teams.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with a backend focus.
Experience integrating business-critical tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar systems.
Familiarity with analytics and data tooling such as PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including all-remote communication.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain workflows, automations, and backend services that improve how commercial teams operate, from pipeline management to deal acceleration.
Identify repetitive GTM processes and automate them to free teams for higher-judgment work.
Design and implement data workflows and integration pipelines across GTM tools and data sources.
Contribute to engineering quality through clean implementation and code review.
Document all built components for long-term maintainability.
Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and RevOps to define data models and pipeline logic.
