Job summary

Corti ApS is seeking a GTM Engineer to connect data across commercial systems and build automation for scalable GTM. You’ll work at the intersection of software, data, and business impact, partnering with Growth, Sales, DevEx Growth, and Platform to design workflows and improve data quality.

You’ll implement data layers, instrument event tracking, and build internal tools to reduce manual work while enabling data-driven GTM execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer, mid-level, with growth or GTM exposure.
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript backend skills.
• Experience integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
• Familiar with analytics and data tooling like PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment, GA, Amplitude.
• Experience with ETL processes or data synchronization is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication, including remote work.

Responsibilities

• Build the data foundation across Corti’s commercial systems and data pipelines.
• Own event tracking and ensure analytics reflect actual usage.
• Design workflows and automation to streamline GTM processes.
• Develop internal tools for sales, CS, and growth and enable proactive GTM execution.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, DevEx Growth, and Platform on data models and attribution.
