Job summary

Fresha in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own partner relationships, drive platform adoption, and turn collaborations into long-term revenue for the business.

Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you’ll work autonomously in a fast-growing environment, collaborating with Sales, Data Migration and Product teams to deliver value for Fresha partners. The role also requires Danish fluency and a passion for the beauty and wellness space.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or a partner-facing role with a track record of growing partnerships.
• Proactive, growth-minded and eager to learn.
• Commercially driven with outbound/sales exposure and a consultative approach.
• Team player, adaptable in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
• Genuine interest in the beauty, wellness and self-care space.

Responsibilities

• Onboard partners to Fresha and Fresha Pay, maximizing value from day one.
• Optimise partner profiles and revenue strategies to monetise and grow.
• Educate and convert partners to Fresha’s native payments and premium features.
• Manage a portfolio with tailored, consultative support.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and act as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Migration and Product teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
