Job summary

Unicontrol ApS is seeking a Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate digital demand and lead generation. You will own growth initiatives across channels, test ideas, launch campaigns and optimize performance, reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with regional teams and distributors.

You will build content strategies, manage paid media (Meta/LinkedIn/Google), and drive SEO and automation initiatives to convert engagement into revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing, ideally B2B, SaaS, construction or tech.
• Proven growth and lead generation experience with measurable results.
• Hands-on ownership of growth initiatives from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive lead generation and demand generation campaigns across channels.
• Manage paid media including Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads hands-on.
• Identify new growth channels and content strategies to support lead gen.
• Own the website as a lead generation platform and optimize SEO.
• Improve marketing attribution, tracking and CRM integrations.
• Collaborate with sales and distributors to improve lead flow and revenue impact.
