Job summary

Frisbii is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager Nordics to lead regional demand generation from Copenhagen, Denmark. You will drive campaigns across digital channels, events, and content marketing to fuel pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, strong execution skills, and a data-driven mindset with multilingual capabilities in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing tools, ideally HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nordic field marketing planning and execution and support global campaigns.
• Plan and run high-performing campaigns and webinars to drive pipeline.
• Develop high-converting assets across digital channels and events.
• Set up campaigns in LinkedIn, HubSpot and other channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs and regional teams to improve lead conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance against regional KPIs.
