Job summary

Velatir in Odense, Denmark, is hiring for a hands-on Head of Marketing to own the demand generation engine. You will manage campaigns, automation, attribution, and the end-to-end funnel, turning the narrative into meetings and scalable growth.

You will lead the demand function initially, partnering with founders and the Head of Marketing, with room to grow as the team expands and new markets open.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years running demand generation in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Able to own pipeline numbers and explain actions taken when targets aren’t met.
• Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution; builds reporting.
• Real paid media experience (LinkedIn, Google) and budget management.
• Writes copy that converts for technical or regulated products.
• AI native; daily use of AI tools integrated into campaigns.
• Clear written and verbal English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and related reporting.
• Build and run demand generation across paid, organic, email, webinars and events.
• Own the marketing stack (HubSpot, CRM integration, lead scoring, automation).
• Own funnel and attribution end-to-end to know what works.
• Scale paid media from an interim partner.
• Convert Velatir's positioning into high-converting campaigns, landing pages and copy.
• Improve website conversion and demo-booking flow.
• Collaborate with sales on lead handover and follow-up.
• Manage demand spend and justify budget allocations.
• Support entry into new European markets with localized campaigns.
