Job summary

Bloomtree Technologies ApS is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to join our international team. You will own online sales channels, optimize listings, and drive growth across marketplaces while enhancing automation and efficiency.

You will work closely with sales, operations and customer service to improve the customer journey, manage pricing and promotions, and test new tools to scale our eCommerce operations.

• Experience in eCommerce across multiple platforms and marketplaces.
• Commercially minded with focus on improving results.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Interested in automation, AI, integrations and process optimisation.
• Strong data and systems mindset; quick learner.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop online sales channels and marketplaces.
• Create, improve and maintain product listings and content.
• Manage pricing, inventory, promotions and day-to-day eCommerce activities.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse and customer service teams.
• Improve overall customer journey and online experience.
• Identify repetitive/manual processes for automation or simplification.
• Test new tools, integrations and ways of working to increase efficiency.
• Support other digital and commercial projects as the business grows.
