Job summary

The Hub/Danske Bank seeks a commercially driven E-commerce Growth Manager to own our Shopify webshop and push online growth. You will focus on revenue, conversion, AOV, and international expansion with freedom to test, build and measure impact.

Starting October/November 2026, the maternity cover runs until December 2027 with potential to shape a permanent Growth Manager role if results show meaningful incremental sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing sales in a meaningful e-commerce business.
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience and theme customization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable growth experiments.
• Comfort with analytics, tracking, integrations, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of the Shopify webshop to increase revenue, conversions, AOV, and retention.
• Identify and execute new e-commerce growth opportunities.
