Qualifications

• Experience in an international HR context.
• Previous experience in SaaS or startup environments.
• Knowledge of local labour laws in Spain, Sweden, Denmark, or the Netherlands.

• Manage the HR operational engine across four offices.
• Support recruitment logistics and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance and handle payroll processes.
• Manage HR documentation and employment contracts.
• Support performance review and compensation initiatives.
