Job summary

IMPACT A/S is seeking an HR Intern to join the People & Culture team for IMPACT Commerce Portugal. You’ll gain hands-on HR experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and culture initiatives within an international setting that collaborates with Denmark.

This 6-month internship, part of the IEFP TALENTO program, offers structured onboarding, regular feedback, and exposure to an international team and projects.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Évora.
• Organized, proactive, autonomous.
• Curious about international and cultural HR practices.
• Clear communicator with attention to detail and discretion.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment when needed: drafting and posting job ads, screening CVs, search and scheduling.
• Support onboarding of new hires in Portugal and collaborate on onboarding practices.
• Assist with HR administration: documentation and HR systems/tools.
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal culture initiatives in the Portuguese unit.
• Help produce HR reporting.
• Collaborate cross-country on shared People & Culture projects.
• Lead a small independent improvement project during the internship.
