Job summary

group.one is hiring a Client Manager to guide Dutch- and English-speaking clients from first contact to website publication. You will coordinate with an international team and AI-supported tools to streamline the process and deliver a smooth digital presence for worldwide customers.

You bring client-service experience, strong Dutch/English communication, and comfort with digital products. Hybrid work in Copenhagen context is offered.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in client service with daily client interaction.
• Fluent Dutch and English written and spoken communication.
• Affinity for digital products and processes and ability to learn AI-assisted workflows.
• Basic understanding of website structure and design principles.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact Dutch- and English-speaking customers worldwide via welcome calls for websites and digital marketing products (no sales).
• Discuss client requirements, consult on site structure, and align on business goals.
• Coordinate final revision requests after website creation and ensure successful publication.
• Handle domain and email transfers on behalf of clients.
• Work with AI-supported tools to simplify tasks and focus on client outcomes.
• Contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience with a consultative approach.
