Job summary

You bring client-service experience, strong Dutch/English communication, and comfort with digital products. Hybrid work in Copenhagen context is offered.

Qualifications

Guide Dutch- and English-speaking clients from first call to website launch, shaping their digital presence while working with an international team and smart AI-supported tools.

Client Management

As part of the production of our digital marketing products, we are looking for a Client Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you support our clients throughout their website journey, from the first conversation to publication, and help them get the most out of their new digital presence quickly and smoothly.

Your responsibilities

• You will contact our Dutch- and English-speaking customers across the world (no sales) via welcome calls for our website and digital marketing products.
• You will discuss the clients' requirements for their website, consult on structure, and ensure all expectations are clearly defined, keeping the bigger picture of their business goals in mind.
• After the website has been created by our web designers, you will coordinate final revision requests and ensure successful publication.
• You will handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients.
• You increasingly work alongside AI-supported tools that simplify parts of the process, giving you more time to focus on the client rather than paperwork.
• With your positive, consultative and service-oriented approach, you contribute daily to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Your profile

• You have professional experience in client service and enjoy daily client interaction.
• Your affinity for digital products and processes allows you to quickly familiarise yourself with new systems, including AI-supported tools and workflows.
• You have a basic understanding of website structure and design principles, and you can explain steps and results to clients in an understandable way.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• You have excellent written and spoken Dutch and English language skills.
