Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Portfolio & Transformation Director to lead the integration of LEGO Discovery Centres and drive cross-functional transformation across the global attraction business.

You will translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps and governance, partnering with LEGO group functions and senior leaders to accelerate execution, while maintaining focus on guest experience and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred, but leadership and transformation experience counted.
• Experience leading complex transformation in global consumer businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of LEGO Discovery Centres into the LEGO Group with adopted capabilities and governance.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps and milestones for execution.
• Direct cross-functional transformation initiatives across digital, CRM, marketing and reporting.
• Establish leadership cadence for LEGO Location-Based Experiences and drive accountability.
• Partner with LEGO functions to align requirements and remove barriers for priorities.
• Create clarity and momentum across teams to deliver initiatives without diluting accountability.
