Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Global Head of Sales & Partnerships for LEGO Discovery Centres to define and deliver the global strategy across trade, partnerships, groups and schools, affiliate sales, pricing and revenue management. You will lead a new commercial operating model and build a high-impact team to drive visitation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global Sales & Partnerships strategy across trade, partnerships and promotions, groups and schools, affiliate sales, pricing, and revenue management
• Partner closely with Brand & Marketing and the LLBE leadership team to build one integrated commercial plan that connects product priorities, campaigns, promotions, ticketing and local market execution
• Own channel performance across the global LEGO Discovery Centre portfolio, driving visitation, revenue, yield, profitability, target setting, and performance management routines
• Build and manage a high-value portfolio of strategic partners, leading senior stakeholder relationships, complex negotiations, and new commercial opportunities
