Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Head of LEGO Discovery Operations to lead 29 LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres globally, across multiple regions. You will drive guest experiences, profitability, and standardised operations while partnering with regional directors and a large team to deliver sustainable growth.

The role requires international leadership experience, a focus on standards, and capability building across sites in Billund/Copenhagen with travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or tourism.
• Experience in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in attraction/theme park operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of 29 centres across regions.
• Drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and performance.
• Establish operating standards and governance across portfolio.
• Shape future strategy with LEGO Location Based Leadership.
• Lead culture change and leadership development across sites.
