Join a six-person Strategy & Transformation team, work across Billund and Copenhagen, and help deliver long‑term priorities linked to the 2028 portfolio and the 2030 plan. Hybrid rhythm with regular collaboration.

Qualifications

• Delivered strategic analysis informing long-term priorities.
• Applied advanced Excel to structure and communicate complex data.
• Developed marketing strategy recommendations in a corporate/ FMCG setting.
• Led multi-workstream projects with clear business outcomes.
• Built experience in top-tier management consulting or marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic priorities across Product and Marketing Development.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic insight and reporting for executive leadership.
