Job summary

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is looking for a Student Assistant to support our International team from our Copenhagen HQ. You will help with daily administration and maintenance of our key collaboration platform, ensuring colleagues and franchise partners have up-to-date information and the right tools to succeed.

You’ll work about 10 hours per week while studying, gain international experience, and learn more about IT administration, SharePoint, and digital process improvements in a dynamic, global

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme.
• Available to work roughly 10 hours per week.
• Interest in IT administration, digital tools, and process optimization.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint.
• Willing to learn systems such as ServiceNow.
• Structured, detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset in an international environment.
• Thrive in a dynamic workplace with varied days.
• Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint user administration, including user creation and access management.
• Maintain SharePoint site structures and support requests for new collaboration spaces.
• Assist colleagues and franchise partners with platform access and usage.
• Keep organizational information, team pages, and operational data up to date.
• Publish and maintain global Franchise Manuals based on input from stakeholders.
• Support improvements to documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration platforms.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
