Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a student assistant for Operational Excellence (Service & Solutions) to support two global teams. The role focuses on maintaining guides, updating SharePoint, and creating communications materials while aligning with exams.

You will work 15 hours weekly at Bjerringbro with flexible scheduling, possible remote days, and hands-on experience in service management processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s studies in IT, communication or organization; one year or more left before graduation.
• Strong English skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with SharePoint is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update how-to guides and coordinate updates.
• Update SharePoint sites and ensure information is current.
• Create presentations and other communication materials.
• Perform ad hoc and administrative tasks as needed.
