Job summary

Falck seeks a student assistant to join the IT Field Support & Services team in Europe. You will share both front-end and back-end IT tasks and handle administrative duties related to mobile phones and subscriptions.

We expect a service-minded, problem-solving mindset and a solid understanding of Windows 11, PC hardware, and standard office tools. Fluency in English and Danish is required. You will work 16–20 hours per week, mainly 8–16, with flexibility for exam periods and study requirements.

Qualifications

• Interest and experience in a standard PC environment.
• Experience working with Windows 11.
• Currently pursuing or in the early to mid-stage IT education.
• Understanding of PC hardware, connections and operations.
• Comfortable using Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Structured and eager to learn, improve internal processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish required.

Responsibilities

• Share both front-end and back-end IT tasks including mobile phone and subscription administration.
• Provide service-minded IT support and help maintain IT environments.
