Job summary

MSF Denmark is seeking a IT Support Student Assistant to join the Denmark IT Team in the Support department. You will provide hands-on end-user support, manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, and assist with Azure resources and Intune configuration.

You will work closely with the Head of ICT and contribute to PowerShell automation, deployment of Microsoft 365 services, and governance practices while supporting a flexible student schedule and collaboration across Nordic offices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
• Working knowledge of Azure infrastructure components and management.
• Knowledge of Intune for devices, application, and compliance management.
• Practical experience with PowerShell, including writing and maintaining scripts.
• Solid support capabilities within Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office apps.
• Good troubleshooting skills with a structured, methodical approach.
• Ability to communicate complex IT topics clearly to non-technical users.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to employees across the organization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office apps).
• Assist users with device issues (Windows laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
• Document and maintain support procedures, user guides, and knowledge base.
