Falck seeks a student assistant to join the IT Field Support & Services team in Europe. You will share both front-end and back-end IT tasks and handle administrative duties related to mobile phones and subscriptions.
We expect a service-minded, problem-solving mindset and a solid understanding of Windows 11, PC hardware, and standard office tools. Fluency in English and Danish is required. You will work 16–20 hours per week, mainly 8–16, with flexibility for exam periods and study requirements.

As a student assistant you will be expected to work between 16-20 hours each week, with the majority of these hours placed between 8-16 during a normal work week. There is some degree of flexibility regarding which days and how you place the hours, which can be agreed with your manager. This is especially important when your studies require more than normal from you, for instance in regards to exam periods.
IT Field Support & Services, Europe is a department under Global IT that provide IT services in all countries where Falck has larger operations. In Denmark, we are a team of 3 full-time resources and 3 student assistants and we are now looking into expanding.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish is required.
