Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a student assistant for Operational Excellence (Service & Solutions) to support two teams with deployment, transformations, and enhancements of a global service management system. The role offers 15 hours per week at the Bjerringbro headquarters and flexible scheduling around exams.

You will help maintain guides, update SharePoint, and prepare communications while collaborating with stakeholders across a global team. Strong English and imminent graduation are expected.

Qualifications

• Preferably studying a master's within IT, communication, and organization or something similar to this.
• You have at least one year or more left before graduating.
• You have strong English skills both verbally and written.
• SharePoint experience is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining how-to guides and coordinating updates of these.
• Updating SharePoint sites.
• Creating presentations and other communication materials.
• Ad hoc and administrative tasks.
