Job summary

Vaillant A/S in Taastrup is seeking an organized Inside Sales supporter to act as the link between customers—installers and wholesalers—and Area Sales Managers. You will ensure fast, accurate, and friendly support while handling orders and inquiries in SAP and Salesforce.

The role requires service-minded, structured individuals who can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment and collaborate with the sales team to improve daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data maintenance.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone and email; answer questions on products, pricing, delivery times, and orders.
• Receive and process orders in SAP ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce and follow up on inquiries.
• Offer technical sales support, assist with product selection, quotations, and master data management with colleagues.
• Support Area Sales Managers with quotations, follow-ups, and daily customer interactions.

What we achieve together

We are looking for a service-minded and structured colleague to join our Sales Support team in Taastrup. You will act as the link between our customers, primarily installers and wholesalersand our Area Sales Managers. Your role will be to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly support while helping to manage orders and enquiries efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support by phone and email, including responding to enquiries about products, pricing, delivery times, and order status.
• Receiving and processing orders in SAP while ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Maintaining customer and sales data in Salesforce and following up on customer enquiries.
• Providing technical sales support, including assisting with product selection, quotations, and master data management in collaboration with colleagues and the technical department.
• Supporting Area Sales Managers with quotations, follow-ups, and daily customer interactions.
• Participating in the team's daily activities and contributing to efficient ways of working.
