Grundfos seeks a Senior Business Process Owner – Leads to own and evolve the global Lead Excellence process model, ensuring seamless alignment across Marketing and Sales. You will lead adoption of lead management tools and collaborate with Product Teams to define requirements and deploy solutions on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within process excellence, sales, marketing, or a related commercial area.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and lead management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global Lead Excellence process model across CRM, Marketing Module, Lead App, Lead Matching Tool, Marketo, and Zinfi.
• Drive adoption of lead management tools and establish global best practices for lead handling and qualification.
• Act as business owner toward Product Teams by defining requirements, testing solutions, and supporting successful deployments.
• Design future lead processes with global stakeholders, identify gaps, and optimize workflows.
• Deliver reporting and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
