Job summary

Leo Pharma is seeking a Senior Global Business Process Owner (temporary) to lead the design and governance of customer engagement processes across global markets. You will bridge commercial needs with IT delivery, shaping standards and ensuring scalable, values-driven processes across the organization.

You will work with Global IT and external partners, drive workshops, and advocate for lean, data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business process design and optimisation within pharma or life sciences commercial operations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Ability to apply Lean / value stream mapping / Gemba for process improvements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, acceptance criteria, and IT delivery input.
• Strong facilitation in global, multi-market, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM transformations, Agile delivery, pharma compliance, data governance, change management, or train-the-trainer models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the business authority for customer engagement processes.
• Connect commercial needs with technical delivery; translate into process design and governance.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive global standards.
• Shape global core design and define process standards during rollout.
• Design and govern scalable customer engagement processes across markets.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops across Business Units, Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs, Digital Engagement, and regional teams.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Global IT and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, value stream mapping or similar methodologies.
• Ensure adoption through train-the-trainer models and global standards.
