Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Senior Business Process Owner – Leads to own and develop the global Lead Excellence process model, ensuring integration across Marketing and Sales Excellence while driving adoption of lead management tools.

You will translate customer insights into scalable initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions in a complex global environment. This role is based in Denmark with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 5+ years experience in process excellence, sales, or marketing.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the global Lead Excellence process model across CRM, Marketing Module, Lead App, Lead Matching Tool, Marketo, and Zinfi.
• Drive adoption of lead management tools and establish global best practices for lead handling and qualification.
• Define requirements, test solutions, and support deployments with Product Teams.
• Design future lead processes with global stakeholders, identify gaps, and optimize workflows.
• Deliver reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across divisions to drive process excellence.
