Job summary

IKEA Denmark in Taastrup is seeking a Country Sales Support Specialist to help the Sales function at the Service Office by gaining insights into sales performance and coordinating sales activities to enable growth. The main stakeholders are HFB business leaders and HFF/HFA managers.

You will coordinate pricing and supply forecasting, perform selling administrative tasks, monitor sales and margins, and collaborate across Digital, Sustainability, and People & Culture to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or commercial support.
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setting prices and supply forecasting across the Home Furnishing Business area with the pricing, performance and product quality manager.
• Perform selling administrative tasks including range dimensioning, range management, updating sales steering tools, reporting and sales monitoring.
• Support monitoring of sales and gross margin performance, identify deviations and drive actions with Business Leaders.
• Act as a member of the Selling team and contribute to the Selling plan and outputs.
• Cooperate with key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to maximize impact across Digital, CFF, Communications, Sustainability, Np and People & Culture.
• Contribute to integrated multichannel executions/output of the selling function to achieve business goals.
• Measure performance of outputs in sales activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote an open, sharing climate and model IKEA values to support transformation.
