Job summary

ISS seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to drive global initiatives in our core sales function and anchor standardized processes across countries. You will transform our commercial approach into world-class, proactive sales execution and support teams deploying tools, processes, and platforms.

Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with global and country teams, champion the ISS Way of Selling, and ensure data-driven customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in global B2B sales, account management, or sales ops.
• Proven track record of driving improvement projects beyond scope.
• Experience in matrix organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management capabilities for multiple projects.
• Analytical and structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Anchor ISS Way of Selling with a standardized global process.
• Drive adoption of the ISS Sales Process with data-driven interactions.
• Support Commercial Capabilities Development across onboarding and Academy.
• Implement and improve tools, systems and processes for sales teams.
• Drive CRM adoption and insights in coordination with managers.
• Scan for best-in-class tools and promote standardization globally.
