Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to connect customers with our global distribution network, balancing service, compliance and operational excellence.

You will manage order receipt to invoicing, coordinate SAP activities, prepare export documents, book transport with freight forwarders, and collaborate with warehouse teams and customers to ensure timely deliveries from Avedøre, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade.
• Proficient in SAP and ERP systems.
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Structured and organized, even during busy periods.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate customer orders.
• Coordinate internal order handling in SAP according to established procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers.
• Prepare export documentation.
• Book transportation with preferred freight forwarders.
• Complete order processing and prepare invoicing.
• Participate in logistics-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
