Qualifications

• Holder of a B.Sc., M.Sc. or MBA in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in risk management with an OEM or relevant industrial environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, FRM, CIA) are an advantage.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the risk management framework, tools, methodologies, and documentation.
• Harmonize and standardize risk processes, templates, and reporting across the value chain.
• Manage framework deployment, training, communication, and user adoption activities.
• Ensure alignment with governance and other enterprise risk-related processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, user feedback, and process optimization.
