Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement and partner with Risk Officers to deliver clear, auditable risk reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in risk management within an OEM or relevant industrial environment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Certifications such as CRISC, FRM or CIA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the risk management framework, tools, methodologies, and documentation.
• Harmonize and standardize risk processes, templates, and reporting across the value chain.
• Manage framework deployment, training, communication, and user adoption activities.
• Ensure alignment with governance and other enterprise risk-related processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.
• Review and clarify risk roles, responsibilities, ownership, and accountability.
• Support Risk Officers with consistent risk reporting and act as primary contact for audits and risk inquiries.
