Vestas seeks a seasoned risk management professional to strengthen governance across our global wind energy projects. You will improve risk quality, ensure consistent use of the risk repository, and translate customer project risks into actionable insights for leadership.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on tangible value through structured risk management and proactive stakeholder engagement. You will work with Sales Quality and Risk Officers to align regional risks with global

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters/MBA in engineering or business with technical exposure.
Experience in wind project execution or developing technical wind solutions.
Background in Product Development, Engineering, or B2B Product Management in wind energy.
Strong English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Ensure correct use of the Risk Repository across functions and regions.
Drive adherence to global risk framework standards with line management and Risk Officers.
Identify, assess, and register customer project risks in Portfolio Risk Repository.
Act as quality gatekeeper to ensure reliable risk data.
Monitor effectiveness of risk responses and controls.
Support Risk Owners and Risk Officers in reporting to management and governing bodies.
Be point of contact for risk topics in customer deal preparation and execution.
Align regional risks with functional Risk Officers and include them in the repository.
