Job summary

Vestas in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a risk and governance professional to strengthen our risk quality across customer projects in the wind energy portfolio. You will act as a quality gatekeeper for risk data, support Risk Officers and Owners, and ensure consistent use of the Risk Repository across regions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in risk management, governance, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration, with fluent written and spoken English, and experience from wind projects

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and registering customer project risks.
• Understanding wind OEM value chain and offshore project execution.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.
• Knowledge of governance, risk data quality and process management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and consistent use of the Risk Repository across regions.
• Drive adherence to global risk framework standards with management.
• Support Risk Officers in identifying and registering customer project risks.
• Act as quality gatekeeper for reliable risk data.
• Monitor effectiveness of risk responses and controls.
• Report to management and governing bodies on risk status.
• Coordinate risk topics in customer deal preparation and execution.
• Align regional risks with functional Risk Officers and repository.
