Job summary

ECCO seeks a Global Rewards Lead to shape the worldwide rewards agenda and develop principles, frameworks and programmes across markets. You will translate business priorities into a coherent global approach while driving initiatives from concept to execution.

Based at our Bredebro headquarters, you will partner with senior leaders and P&C to deliver practical, data-driven compensation solutions that balance local market realities with global principles.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or a comparable field, preferably from an international organisation.
• Experience developing Rewards strategies, frameworks and programmes across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with complex compensation data.
• Experience advising, influencing and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and the ability to move comfortably between strategic development and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for and continuously develop ECCO’s global Rewards strategy, principles and frameworks.
• Act as a trusted Rewards advisor to senior leaders and P&C leadership, translating global principles into practical solutions across markets.
• Drive the development of global compensation structures and approaches, including salary structures, benchmarking, market positioning and incentive programmes.
• Lead key global compensation processes, ensuring strong governance, consistency and quality while using data, analytics and market insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with P&C colleagues globally and work closely with our Senior Rewards Partner to deliver impactful Rewards initiatives that support both business priorities and our People agenda.
