Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience within HR/P&C or equivalent partnering with leaders across functions.
• Experience facilitating annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary reviews or talent discussions.
• Ability to work across cultures in a global organisation and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management and organisational changes.
• Support recruitment activities with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Facilitate annual HR processes including performance reviews, talent discussions and salary reviews.
• Support workforce planning and organisational initiatives with Leaders and P&C Centers of Excellence.
• Provide guidance to ensure a consistent employee experience across the organisation.
