Danfoss is seeking a Senior Global Rewards Partner to shape and refine enterprise-wide reward strategies. You will combine Total Rewards with People Analytics to turn complex data into insights guiding pay transparency, equity, and ESG priorities, collaborating with HR, business leaders, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with global compensation, benefits, or total rewards programs in a large, complex international organization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across HR, business, and external partners.
• Experience managing projects and driving improvements across multiple countries or functions.
• Professional fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation and benefits processes across the annual HR cycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
• Transform reward and workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategies and decisions on pay transparency, pay equity, and market competitiveness.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate market trends and shape reward strategies that align with business priorities.
• Advise HR and business leaders on compensation, benefits, and reward practices, enabling confident and informed decision-making.
• Drive global reward projects and capability-building initiatives that strengthen Danfoss’s pay-for-performance approach and overall rewards offering.
