How do you create reward programs that are competitive, fair, transparent, and aligned with a changing world of work? As our Senior Global Rewards Partner, you will be at the center of that challenge, using market insights and business priorities to influence reward strategies across Danfoss. Working at the intersection of Total Rewards and People Analytics, you will turn complex data into insig hts that support decisions on pay transparency, equity, competitiveness, and ESG priorities. You will help shape and influence enterprise-wide reward strategies, ensuring our global programs remain aligned with business priorities, market developments, and evolving workforce expectations. Collaborating with HR teams, business leaders, and external providers around the world, you will serve as a trusted advisor on reward matters, providing expert guidance that supports informed and future-focused decision-making. Success means delivering trusted insights, enhancing reward programs, and ensuring Danfoss remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.
