Job summary

ABENA is seeking a Global Reward Specialist to own and mature our reward framework across countries and entities. You will shape job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, and pay transparency, partnering with HR and leadership.

You will transform data into actionable insights, drive annual salary processes, and develop governance and communication materials to ensure consistent pay decisions across ABENA.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international organization.
• Hands-on experience with job architecture, job evaluation, salary structures, and compensation.
• Strong knowledge of pay equity and EU Pay Transparency; translate requirements into governance.
• Strong analytical skills to translate compensation data into insights and recommendations.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with ability to advise HR across countries and functions.
• Strong Excel and HR systems understanding; fluent English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve ABENA’s reward framework: pay policy, salary/bonus structures, ranges, and governance.
• Own and improve global job architecture with consistent evaluation, levels and career paths.
• Advance Pay Transparency: pay equity analyses, gap reporting, governance and compliance.
• Lead annual salary reviews and other compensation analyses.
• Turn reward data into actionable recommendations for equity and competitiveness.
• Advise HR/leaders on rewards, job leveling, promotions, and org changes.
• Create training and guidance materials to ensure consistent reward practices across ABENA.
