Zusammenfassung

ABENA A/S is seeking a Global Reward Specialist to own job architecture, salary structures and pay transparency across countries and entities. You will manage reward data, governance and processes, partnering with HR and leaders to drive consistent, informed pay decisions and equity across ABENA.

In this role you will mature our reward framework, support benchmarking and contribute to communications, training and governance on reward principles across a global organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits (ideally in an international setting).
• Hands-on experience with job architecture, evaluation, salary structures, and compensation.
• Strong knowledge of pay equity and EU Pay Transparency; ability to translate requirements into processes and governance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate compensation data into insights and recommendations.
• Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with the confidence to advise across countries and functions.
• Fluent English and Danish; solid Excel and HR systems understanding.

Aufgaben

• Own and further develop ABENA’s reward framework, including pay policy, salary and bonus structures, pay ranges and governance.
• Own and continuously improve global job architecture with consistent evaluation, levels and career paths.
• Drive Pay Transparency efforts including pay equity analyses, pay-gap reporting and governance.
• Lead recurring reward processes such as annual salary reviews and compensation analyses.
• Turn reward data into clear recommendations to support pay decisions and equity.
• Advise HR and leaders on reward decisions, job leveling and organizational changes.
• Develop communication, training and guidance materials to strengthen reward capabilities across ABENA.
