Job summary

GANNI is seeking a Retail Performance Manager to drive commercial performance across the global store network. You will blend data analytics with cross-functional project management to support growth, expansions, and optimization of retail operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable business cases. Copenhagen-based with occasional travel and a global scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail performance, commercial planning, retail operations, or a similar commercial role (4–6 years).
• Experience in international, multi-store retail environment.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury industry is an advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical and financial understanding.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tool experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse retail performance across the global store network, identifying opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Track KPIs like sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, units per transaction, productivity, profitability, and client metrics.
• Develop dashboards, business reviews, and presentations for decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting with Retail and Finance.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with Retail leadership on commercial action plans.
• Support stores and regional teams to improve sales and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional retail expansion and project initiatives.
