Job summary

GANNI in Copenhagen is seeking a Retail Performance Manager to drive commercial performance across our international store network, combining analytics with cross-functional project leadership.

You will monitor store performance, develop dashboards, support budgeting, and build business cases for expansion, with occasional travel to support retail projects. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, you will collaborate with Retail, Finance, Merchandising and Ops to translate data into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in retail performance, commercial planning, retail operations, business analysis, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in an international, multi-store retail environment.
• Experience from fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury industry is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and financial understanding.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse retail performance across the global store network, identifying opportunities, risks, and commercial trends.
• Track key performance indicators including sales, traffic, conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, productivity, profitability, and client metrics.
• Develop performance reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and presentations to support commercial decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes together with Retail and Finance.
• Translate business insights into actionable recommendations that improve store performance.
