Qualifications

• Experience spanning portfolio/PMO management and data/BI
• Ability to translate portfolio data into actionable insights for leadership
• Proven leadership of an international team across time zones
• Comfort with transforming data into clear leadership narratives
• Experience designing/perating performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs)
• A background enabling rapid prioritization in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Global Operations strategic portfolio, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, risks, resource allocation, and dependencies
• Lead the PMO team and drive consistent project and program management practices and reporting across Global Operations
• Collaborate with functional PMOs, program managers, and counterparts in DDI and R&D to strengthen alignment and delivery
• Own the reporting data foundation for reliable performance management
• Enable self-service analytics and deliver dashboards and scorecards for leadership decisions
• Develop the performance management framework, linking strategic priorities to KPIs and outcomes
• Explore how AI can improve reporting, PMO practices, and portfolio insights
